after much craziness, it suddenly appears like i will have a little lull in the workload coming up next week. maybe just a day or two, but definitely a day or two where there is NOTHING on my schedule yet.
the husband is going to be pretty busy and i am chomping at the bit to get something done on this yard. i have visions of a little water feature up by the front steps, with some tall grasses and big rocks and such.
i wonder if i could pull this off myself?
yes, i hear my mom laughing from here. but seriously. why do i need to wait around for the MAN to get the job done?
right?

DO IT! I will be planting a whole flower bed on Saturday (compromised and had the landscape dude design it, am planting myself) while the WH is at work.
This is now your second assignment. Let me know how the first one is going.

looks like it will be raining all next week anyway. i guess i better hope for a job to roll in or i will have to resort to cooking and cleaning :)
