so the daughtry concert was awesome. i always leave concerts wanting to drive too fast and get a tattoo. ha. what do you guys think about a tattoo on the top of my foot?
anyway.
this concert turned out to be more expensive that one would think. my date (bobbi) and i were in a prime people watching location, which meant i could scope out what all the chicks were wearing. i had on the right "concert uniform"--jeans, black tank top, funky jewelry--but also noticed a bevy of cute cute 1970's inspired tops. i wanted one or five.
so today, after a client meeting, i ended up at a place i don't often go. the mall. i was with my trusty date again, who also was inspired to get new clothes. we hit the jackpot at american eagle...a store with a target demo about 20 years younger than we are. but it must have been fate, because at the cash register the salesgirl showed us a photo of chris daughtry taken the day before. apparently, he was shopping for some 70s inspired duds too. bless his hot little heart.
at any rate, i got my fill of rock and roll and shopping.
now i need to go to another concert so i have someplace to wear my purchases. any gravely voiced bad boy rock band will do.

I think you would look hot with a tattoo. :-)
I'm insanely jealous of your shopping trip. I bought towels at JCP today, with three extremely bored (and very vocal) children. SO NOT FUN.

The last un-Christian concert I went to may have been Tiffany opening for New Kids on the Block(1989?)...WO OH OH OH OH, Hanging Tough...think I'll just stick to what I know:) Glad you had a good time. Tat's are cool, but I have enough scars on me, already...you would be a super great candidate for one though

I would love to see him in concert. I really like his CD. I would also like to go shopping.
