i hate grocery shopping. hate. it.
so i load up about every two weeks and then try to cram this huge pile into one cart to take out to the car. tonite i had the milk jug on the very top, and right inside the lobby of the grocery store...it crashed to the floor and splashed milk all over me and the floor. i had a whole gallon of milk in my shoes.
i say to the store lady, "aw, man. i'm so sorry about the mess. but i think most of it landed inside my shoes."
big j hands me the wrecked jug and says, "if you hurry up and pour it back in here we can save all that money you spent on the milk. it IS nearly $4 a gallon now."
he is his father's son.

I need to buy more maxi's for reading blogs. I am going to put a sticky on the computer that says, "Put a maxi in your panties before you read blogs!"

I can't imagine going every two weeks!? How do you people with families do it? I go once a month and load up, then take mini trips when I run out of things that ar crucial to my existance. This month I spent $200 just on little me! That is the most I have ever spent! I have been trying to buy healthier, fresh food. That is my down fall I think. May have to back to frozen cheap delights.

Chris-every two weeks, wow I wish I could make it that long! That is hubby and mine's pet peeve is how much more expensive healthy fresh food is here then the bad for you processed stuff.
