i have olympic fever. michael phelps is my new hero. i love america. i wish i could swim. :)

seriously, i have not seen anything as exciting as the men's race last night, where the american team beat the french by a fingertip. especially knowing that the french were talking trash beforehand.

i also love how all these records are just being smashed to smithereens.

it makes you wonder, HOW much faster, harder, stronger can these athletes go? what are these people made of? it's just nuts.

at any rate, if you didn't see last night's race, go find it. it will do your heart good. i promise.

We have been watching all weekend! I did miss the relay race last night just could not stay up any longer. Will have to youtube it Pappy said it was AMAZING!

Oh, yeah. We have been watching EVERYTHING. I have two children who now want to by gymnasts. Go figure.

I couldn't go to bed either till the race was done and I even stayed up to see them present the metals and play the national athem!
