i am convinced God speaks to me through my truck tires.
A few years ago, you may remember a post about me pulling into the tire store for a set of new tires. as i sat in the parking lot waiting for my ride, my tire went flat. at the tire store. really, only God could have planned that one.
last night i met the husband at baseball practice with the boys. he drove the car, i drove the Explorer. when i got there, i saw how dirty the car was and decided to swap him vehicles and go wash it. note that i make it a point to NEVER drive the car. i hate that thing.
i take the car, wash it, stop at the grocery store and head home with a full trunk and a full back seat (grocery shopping sucks, by the way). when i get home, the husband tells me the back tire on the Explorer went flat while they were at practice and he had to change it. i promise it was not flat when i dropped it off.
really, any other day it would have been me dealing with a flat tire in the grocery store parking lot. God knew i would be clueless and mad and the ice cream would melt.
so he let the husband handle it--which he did in about 10 minutes.
see? it pays to listen to Christian rock every now and again while you drive.

God could speak to you through worse things.
Love the story :)

Sounds like He's saying I love you.
I'm getting that this week, too. It's my favorite thing for Him to say.
