don't tell deann. i JUST started training for the half marathon in june. sigh. it's not pretty. i have decided to make up my own training schedule of sorts since running every day pretty much kills my old body. i am mixing it up with class, biking, etc. and only running about 3 days each week, with one day being a longer run. we'll see if it gets me to the finish line.
my usual goal is to just beat the loser bus.
this year my goal is also to finish before deann has had a coke, taken a shower, gotten dressed, stopped for pizza and is back at the finish line to watch me crawl across it.

Oh Carey you make me laugh! You will do great! Honestly, I think I am just a bit obsessed with running. Lol! You are actually doing it right by mixing it up with other stuff. My goal is to try doing that so I don't have to have knee replacements before I turn 50. I cannot wait until June and do this race with you. It will be so awesome! Love you, Carey!
