sheesh. has it really been since february 18 since i last posted? sorry about that.

anyway, here's another small town story. i'm at the post office sending a package to my NEW nephew out in boston (for once i actually mailed a package on time--the little man is only two weeks old). anyway, an olderlady comes in after me and the postmaster says, "aw, don't tell me that one didn't fit either?" she says, "i just can't get it right, roger." and he says, "now that's the third package you've sent back to them. maybe it's time you get out the measuring tape..."

the conversation continued, but i just had to smile. when the postman knows you're having a hard time getting a dress to fit, you know you're in a small town.

The real question is: how many times did you have to email/call to get the address for that package??

That system is called an address book, buddy. I'm returning (or keeping!) your birfday gift and getting you an address book instead.

What a great story! Evryone truly knows everyone elses business, don't they. I just love that he was being supportive.
