i tell you, technology is frustrating. but compared to the husband, i am a tech guru. the poor guy causes me physical pain. he uses his cell phone like a walky-talky, turning it on to call and then turning it right back off. he can text...kind of...but it is very hard to watch. he has no clue how to download, save, attach, view, print, reply, forward. he blames it on my computer. ahem. i go along with it just to make him feel better, but when i hear the words "how do i...." i cringe.

"how do i..." causes a lot of problems around here. especially if i'm not exactly sure. it's like the blind leading the blind. our only recourse is to call on the ten-year-old boy whose favorite phrase is "really, mom?"

last night it took 4 attempts to send an email with an attachment on the husband's gmail account. the poor recipient kept replying "still no attachment" when you know he was actually thinking "you are a dumba%%."

it's only going to get worse. the older we get, the newer technology gets, and the more lame we will become. like i need any more help in that department.

so in a nutshell.technology is an evil tool designed to make perfectly smart people feel like idiots. but without it, i would not be able to tell you that it is 37 degrees in mitchell, canada.
