today is my favorite kind of day. no meetings. no telephone. no kid-sized distractions. and a fun ad campaign to brainstorm for a new client. that means a big notebook full of blank sheets of paper that i will scribble, draw, write and doodle all over for the next 4 hours. i've already been working for a few hours and have about 5 pages covered. ahhhh. feels good. i love how the ideas come together, as long as they are coming. today, the brain seems to be working. schwew.

i tend to operate like a little kid, so i have to reward myself for sitting still and actually working for decent amount of time. right now, i get to take a blog break :) and i know that after a few more pages, i'm going to start thinking about cookies. but until then, i will enjoy my quiet, my mountain dew and the snoring of a dog at my feet.
