has it really been over a week since we got back from montana? crazy. things have been full speed around here, but i thought i'd pop a few pictures up so ya'll would know we came back alive.

first shot is of me and my SIL's soaking up the rays on the deck over lunch. the snow was great and we had sunny blue skies almost every day. i've got the new freckles to prove it.

second shot is little j getting ready to take on a big, steep mogul run called hellroaring. it is a nasty run, but he loved it. and in fact, beat me down it on our last day.

big j also took on hellroaring and ALSO beat me down. in fact, he won the speed demon award this year. jamie and i were able to ski full speed and be right beside him on most of the runs.

the final shot is about how we all felt on the way home. five hard days of skiing takes a toll on a guy...and they REALLY take a toll on a mom who turned another year older while we were out there. no wonder it took me three days to recuperate.
