it is the first spring in two years that i can say this.

MY GRASS IS GREEN.

grass. we have grass. it lived through the winter and it's very, very green right now. i walked all over it last night. it's not perfect grass, yet. but it will be. i bought more seed to fill in the little missed spots and i am READY to mow the minute it gets taller.

which could be soon with all these summer days...i believe last year we still had snow on the ground.

crazy weather. but bring it on. i'm ready to plant some TREES!!
