check this off the list: making a gourmet sandwich.

i made one for my mom today (as she's painting my kitchen, she ROCKS). wish i woulda taken a picture. she said, unprompted "mmmm. this is the BEST sandwich."

the sandwich featured marble rye, smoked ham, melted mozzerela, fresh spinach, tomato slices and harvest grain mustard.

it's amazing what happens when you wander into the deli section.
