this post is to make you all feel better about yourselves and your children, if you have them. i know i often think there is no way other kids could be as forgetful and absent-minded as mine.
so...after a long weekend in pierre playing hockey, i came home to a string of emails that read something like this:

*my son left his DS and case at the hotel. if you found it, let us know.
*my child left his long sleeve shirt in the pool room, if you find it let me know.
*my kid grabbed the wrong stick and didn't come home with his. do you have our stick? do we have yours?
*i found an extra glove in the locker room. is anyone missing a glove?
*we left our stick in pierre. did anyone pick it up? (that was our message, by the way)
*we grabbed an extra pair of socks left in the locker room. any takers?

he he. it's always fun to go to school and look through the lost-and-found. i usually find things i didn't even know my boys had lost. all i know is, it's good to have about three sets of everything in life.

no wonder we have so many pets.
