


sorry peeps. hockey is all i got. it's pretty much what we do, besides shovel snow.
so this is little j's first (and probably last) try at goalie. he was jazzed to give it a shot, but after about one period on the opposite end of all the action, he was making snow angels and skating circles around the net.
he summed up his goalie experience in one word: boring.
which is fine by me. those goalie moms have nerves of steel.

yes, he's growing up karen. sigh.
we still have to tie josh's skates and make sure jace's are tight enough...what you see in the photo are jamie and our friend mandy helping put the goalie pads on. they have cinches on the back of the legs and then you have to wrap straps around the skates. the kids have to lay down to get the goalie gear on until they are older. kinda funny. that bags for this gear could hold YOU, molly and the Monkey. i'm serious.
